Hey there!

In 2023, I was a 3rd year student in the Industrial Design BFA Program at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).

When tackling design problems, I enjoy finding the beauty in specs and functional features. I also like to experiment with biomaterials + sustainable processes whenever I can.

Making photographs, hiking, and playing ice hockey for the RISD Nads make up most of my life outside of the design studio, but still always help inform my design language + process.

Design notes alongside the work

The portfolio brings together product design, flat work and photography. The editorial notebook explores how to frame a design question, choose a useful prototype and describe the evidence behind a decision. New editorial articles have their own byline.

Write the question before building the prototype

A prototype becomes easier to evaluate when you can state what it is supposed to help you learn.
